I went over to my parents' town yesterday to have lunch with a friend from high school. After lunch, I stopped by my parents' house, where I picked up a bounty of tomatoes, basil, and a couple other veggies. Good visit. :)
Fast-forward to last night; we were working on making BBQ chicken for supper, and CTR is sitting at the table in his booster seat. He was fascinated by the vegetables, checking out the tomatoes and eggplant, especially. He first called them apples, which was cute, but we did correct him: "No, CTR, it's a tomato."
